The Birds of Northern Illinois

These drawings represent a project I started in mid-2006, with the goal of producing a serialized account of the birds I see in Northern Illinois.
Some are common; some are rare, but together they represent the diversity and life force of the birds around me.

There is a 17 x 11 inch drawing for each month, comprised of the birds I associate with that month.

Limited edition, signed and numbered archival inkjet prints are available

The original colored pencil drawings are $350 each (unframed).
